If you can get the temp closer to 70-75.
They will start to grow. When they start to pin go easy on the misting. I cut back to misting twice a day as I found they would rot from being misted to much. You are right that the cold slows growth.

Yeah it doesn't sound to good you need to figure out the humidity inside the
FC or you may have to many holes in the chamber to keep it from building
Every time my cakes would turn blue was from picking them up or not enough

H20 just be patient n see what might happen an again yes keep the temps on the
Right level or shit will never go right if u didn't wait for the proper time to colonize
The cakes may be doing that at the moment

If I were to guess you are directly misting the cakes that can cause bruising, also make sure your fae is good.  Don't saturate the cakes.  My cakes got fuzzy to cover the dunk/roll verm and I got my first set of pins 3-4 days in my fruiting chamber. And they are almost ready to harvest after total of 10 days in fruiting chamber.  Put them in a room you can close the ac vent in and try to keep them at 72•F. This is my very first attempt and it seems to be working great!

So I noticed at least two small pins on a cake. I just think the temperature is slowing growth down a bit, cuz I've done everything else as it is supposed to be done. It is warming up though so the mushrooms will probably start growing at a more desirable pace lol. I'd post pics but I have to use internet at my parents now again cuz my computer is fucked.
