WHere do you live, I mean what kind of climate, not location. Are they potted? You might be too late for them to make seed pods. As far as I know they flower and seed in the summer and early fall. It is too later north of the 30? or so for them to flower. I would suggest upping thier light to atleast 15 hours a day.

mm , i live down in the ass of south america , and these plants are growing naturaly in my garden , summer is about 2 weeks away , and they get more than 15 hrs of light a day , thats why i was wondering about their sexes , allthough most of these plants are just starting to grow , there are only 2 or 3 that are about 4 feet big

Cool,

What part of South America??

Are they Daturas or Brugmansias?

Not that Im saying you wouldn't know the difference, but Brugmansias grow wild down there. I have a Brugmansia tree. So far I have only smoke the leaves. A speedy slightly trippy effect. I havn't made a salve or tea yet. So if they are Datura Inoxia and it is getting close to Summer down there I would say they should flower and make pods soon. And they are Hermaphrodites so to speak. Each plant is male and female. They pollinate each other/and themselves. Like Poppies do. They self pollinate and cross pollinate. Later.
