Possible contaminated jar?
    #21408668 - 03/14/15 07:52 PM (9 years, 2 months ago)

Do these look contaminated? Cant find anything on Google images that look like that. It was pretty early into the growing process. I'm crossing my fingers but this looks weird.

There's defiantly bacteria in those jars. The yellow is usually an indication that the my cilium is fighting off bacteria inside the jar. By the looks of it its gonna loose the fight too.

I'd also suggest never buying presterilized. You never know what they used or how it was done. I'd suggest sticking with the normal brf pf tek until you get a pc then move to grain. You can mix everything up yourself, use a regular pot with water to sterilize it, and it's probably cheaper. Plus you know if anything gets contam, it's your fault and you can retrace your steps to see where you messed up.
