so earlier tonight i was letting my dogs back in from the backyard and a black bird flew into my house....i went into the living room to tell my gf there was a bird in the house...went back into the kitchen and it was gone...looked down the hallway to see if it flew down there...thought maybe it flew back out the door or went downstairs....checked down stairs and didn't see it so thought for sure it flew back outside...well about half hour later my gf in moving this box from the kitchen table and surprise...the bird comes flying out and flies downstairs....we ended up trapping it in a box and taking it outside...luckily the dogs didn't see it because they would of trashed my house trying to catch it...so have any of you ever had any wild animals come into your house?...my aunt and uncle once had a bad come in from the fireplace....

Used to have a really tall chimney that birds would nest in. Usually about 3 or 5 starlings would fall down it a year.
The other day my cat brought in a bird with its eyeball bitten off. It flew around and fell over dead afterwards.

Oh, god. It was so horrible.
It was Christmas Eve. I was 9 years old. Me and Mom were decorating the tree, waiting for Dad to come home from work. A couple hours went by. Dad wasn't home. So Mom called the office. No answer. Christmas Day came and went, and still nothing. so the police began a search. Four or five days went by. Neither one of us could eat or sleep. Everything was falling apart. It was snowing outside. The house was freezing, so I went to try to light up the fire. That's when I noticed the smell. The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly.
And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.

Are you serious???? mannnnn.
As far as animals go: I live on a river and they don't call em 'river rats' for nothin! Squirells, mice and all kindsa rodent bs goin on at my place.
2 weeks ago I made a couple pbj's for work, smoked a bong and took a nap. Well , when I woke up for work my sandwiches were fucking...gone... oh but the plot thickens. When I went into the kitchen I heard a scuffle on the corner so I stomped my feet. When I did, it knocked a heavy metal framed wizard picture off the wall. The picture fell hard. When it did, it coincidentally landed on this rat and gillotined its tail clean off. Un.fucking.real...

Set a trap with some dog food in it and trapped the little bastard, then drove it to the woods and let the fucker go.

Birds get stuck in houses around here on the rare occasion. Especially if you leave your doors open on nice days in the spring. Besides that, raccoons will sneak in for your food and scraps either through your chimney or your dog door.

At the house I was last living at in the mountains, no matter how many times you closed the doors, they seemed to always manage to open themselves... so most of the time they were wide open, occasionally squirrels would carouse in and explore, I saw one sitting on the living room carpet eating a babybel it found hahaha. But it got a little dramatic, because one of my roommates has a pet wolf..... Anyway, one day I hear a super high pitched scream and run upstairs, and my other roommate is next to the wolf whose panting and practically grinning... there's blood all over the walls and a squirrel bleeding out on the floor with its arm about half a foot away .. anyway one of my other roommates was like, eager to kill it or something, though I wanted to try and do some kinda crazy animal medicine so she took it outside and slit its throat....
At the same house we also let in bats a few times inadvertently when tripping on mxe
