Also thank you for your help in the previous post I made before I started the dishes. It's looking promising! Of the initial 8 that I inoculated with the MS solution, only one was lost due to contamination. The 2 dishes I used quickly over grew the area that was cut,.. I did noticed that there seemed to be some blue bruising when I transferred initially,.. is that normal?
