Debagging Machine

Hello Shroomery.
Does anyone know where I can find a debagging machine?
I'm designing a commercial operation and dealing with all the bagged spent substrate is quite an issue. Biodegradeable bags don't seem up to the task of withstanding both the retort and colonization and my employer isn't down with bottle cultivation.
It would be badass to just toss the bags in a machine that spits bags out one hole and spent sub out the other but I am having absolutely no luck with my online searches.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

there's not That much equipment for filter patch bags since they aren't used in China much. You might as well factor that into labor costs. Or get to working on your de bagger.

Damn. I want to believe you're joking but I'm sure you're not.
A de-bagger seems like an essential piece of equipment for bag cultivation. I know it is possible to mechanize that process. It would be cool to be in on its design, but I'm no engineer.
I guess my next route is to try and reduce labor by offering it for free to anyone who will deal with the bags. Garden clubs and such.
Do ya'll have any procedure that expedites the de-bagging process where you work? Right now we just load all our bags in a trailer and take that trailer to the garden, where we cut them open one by one and shake them out. There has to be a better way.

I am waiting out this rain to try and get my truck out of the mud. I throw them out of the grow room into the bed of my truck then dump them in a compost pile like you describe. All by myself unless we have an intern around. 'Only' 500 a week though.

if someone has made a de-bagging machine for sale it's probably made in Europe...Like belgium or the netherlands.

AAAAAAAHA! I found it. BOOMshakalaka! The Asians pull through again. It must be interesting to live in a country that is going through their industrial age.
It's not called a de-bagger. They're called crusher/separators.

Looks like I might be able to get one for about 1K+shipping.

Hey Sam. That is an excellent document. I will have to read it a few times before I can understand the differences between each technology. It seems there are more options than I originally believed. Thank you very much.

No doubt. De-bagging by hand blows. Especially when you do it like we do and let the bags build up in a trailer for a few weeks. They sit there and get so stinky and colorful. It's nasty.
