wbs trays at 76 degrees 99% hum fan 3 times a day /trays are now almost all white trays have been in fruiting chamber for a week now when do i start to see pis ????????????????????

pics? why are they in the FC if they are not 100% colonized? pics? do they have a casing layer? what kind of fc are you using? pics?

ever wonder why outdoor fruits are huge, 99% humidity isn't what they want. you want 99% humidity at the surface of the substrate only. and the only way to get very high humidity in the few millimeters from the substrate is evaporation. and the only way to get evaporation is fresh air and fluctuating humidity that's below 99%. this is why a SGFC works so well since you dunk and roll your cakes they have a "micro climate" near the surface where the humidity stratifies outwards from an area of very high humidity very close to the cake and then dissipating outwards we replace this moisture with misting.

are you using a casing layer top and bottom? i would think soon, but as stated there are no pics.
