Questions Regarding Temperature and Humidity

Hi, everyone!
I have some specific questions regarding cultivation cubensis from a syringe that I purchased from Sporeworks. I am using this guide:
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21325995
I'm currently waiting for the mycelium to start colonizing in my jars, etc. However, I'm having some issues. They've been growing for about a week and I haven't really seen any mycelium, except for a small patch in one jar.
My question: The guide says that the jars need oxygen for the mycelium to grow. The guide does not discuss whether to leave tinfoil on the tops of the jars after they have been inoculated. I took the tinfoil off. Can anybody look at the directions and just tell me if you guys think I should be watering the inoculating jars a little bit, or if they'll stay moist on their own? I might have to try setting up again with a new syringe, and if I do I want to make sure I'm emulating the proper conditions.
My main concern is that I've inoculated the jars and let them dry out. They're sitting in a mostly sealed cardboard chamber with four holes in each jar lid, no tinfoil on top, and I'm worried that this has let out too much water to actually grow the mycelium.
Thanks for all of your help. Right now it looks like one of the jars has mycelium growth in it, but not much, and it's been about one week.
Thanks again!

your link only goes to a description of the noob forum, no tek there
but you should remove the foil, yes. are you using brf+verm or grains? either way there's no need to add more water to the jars. that will only fail, your jars are sterile now leave them alone.

You shouldn't really even touch or move the brf jars much. I know its hard not to pick it up every twenty min to make sure it didn't somehow explode with growth but try. If you made them properly they will stay moist just fine, no extra water needed. Please remove the vendors name, they make those syringes for legit mycologists, don't bring them into it.

1. Take sponsors name out. They don't sell any spores for growing illegal mushrooms. If you are using their spores for that reason you are doing something they were not intended for.
2.I'm currently waiting for the mycelium to start colonizing in my jars, etc. However, I'm having some issues. They've been growing for about a week and I haven't really seen any mycelium, except for a small patch in one jar. Timing seems within reason.

Your link is getting us nowhere, so....... directions are ?????? Do not water your jars. That is why they were brought to field capacity before sterilizing. If you decide to "set up again" with a new syringe, start from scratch.
I think it is early to go trashing your jars. One is showing growth already. The others may very well follow suit.
Gl I hope this helps.
