Nice!
Less is more when it comes to inoculation. A syringe that dense with spores can be balanced out. That syringe can be stretched a long way. With a syringe that dense with spores, it would take a fraction of a cc to inoculate a petri.

I think from now on im going to use syringe directly to Agar. I think you would def benefit from that. There are so many fucking spores in that bitch you are going to have about 200 million sub-strains lol.

if you have a print there's no need to put spores in a syringe first. if you have a ready syringe putting 1 drop on agar is a very smart thing to do!

That is a great idea Mushy. I actually did a few agar transfers during the making of the syringes in the OP. Their are many reasons why I have shifted to making darker spore syringes over the years. For one, a highly concentrated syringe can be used to make several dozen syringes as needed or just one at a time depended on the demands of the grow. Also, syringes last longer than prints.
Many people will toss some bs around but they lack any experience and often repeat what they read. I hope you get some agar started soon. Agar will serve you well.

Yeah I have never used it before. Hopefully the learning curve isn't that steep. I am not a patient chick.

When I used to inoculate grains directly from spores, it eventually got to the point I would use only a single drop, and I always had very good results from it.
I bought some spore syringes when I started agar work. I wish they were prints. Ive only used one drop ever hahah

Practice is all you need. When I first started agar I would take my plates after a transfer and practice cutting wedges and dropping them in a empty petri dishes to help get the method down. Practice makes perfect and experience beats theory.

Truth.
I get very dark syringes sometimes. Use 5cc to innoc 10 PF jars with 4 diff injection points.
