Is this bacteria and what can I do about it?

This grow is almost 100% colonized and it was fine this morning. When I came back home this evening I spotted this wetness on the surface. I'm assuming this is bacteria, am I right? If I am , is there anything I could do to prevent this grow from failing?
This is 8 PF cakes spawned to coir/verm/calcium sulfate by the way.

Eh.... sorry buddy...
The yellow might be yeast... that's a mold. The Brown I'm guessing is a mold...
On the bright side, it is a rather unusual color to see for a contam. Most are green or black that I get.

There's no yellow, that's just uncolonized substrate, and brown is also the color of the substrate, but it has this wetness over it so it looks darker.
I'm almost sure this is bacteria but isn't there a way to treat it?

what about cutting out the infected part, since it seems to only exist on the surface?
