Colonization issues with mazatapec strain

Hey everyone! I have several questions, so if you can check out images and give few advices.. 1) Is it normal that mazatapec strain mycelium(for which is said that need more time to colonize) takes more than month to fully colonize 200 ml glasses? 2) If small, uncolonized part is unchanged for last 7 days, what you would do: 3) Are these 'bumps' normal: ? 4) If some cakes have even bigger uncolonized area, what would you do with those? 5) Is there a way to protect only those uncolonized parts and then dunk and roll them?
I would appreciate if you answer my questions in order I asked them. Thanks

Are these mason jars or just glass cups? Mycelium requires gas exchange while colonizing so if your jar/glass is completely sealed it can cause stalling. Also taller containers of brf van become compact at the bottom making it hard for mycelium to work through. Hence my most people use wide mouth short mason jars.

Those are 200 ml glass cups. Should I shake them or something?

If you have at least 1 inch verm barrier, flip these glasses upside down like this:
Carbon dioxide is heavier then O2 N2 so this will provide a better GE and reduce your very high co2 level at the bottom of the glasses and allow some o2 there so this will solve your issue. Kind Regards
