Early pinning (bulk)

So, I've got some jars and containers that I've filled with spawn/bulk mix some time ago. The thing is, some of them started pinning before 100% colonization. I've recently had an cobweb issue that I solved with some H2O2, but early pinning is not only present in the contammed ones, even some of the healthy ones started to form hyphal knots.
this jar was contaminated with cobweb severely, so I think it's just trying to reproduce as soon as possible as a survival mechanism. should I birth it or what?

this container also started pinning, I made a casing layer when I mixed the coir/verm sub with spawn, was that a stupid move? and is that cobweb in the left bottom corner?

In vitro pins aren't necessarily bad, however given you said it was already contaminated your assumption about them being a last ditch effort is probably correct. I'd let them continue to form in the jar at least until the substrate is a little more colonized then birth it to as clean an environment as you can create.

what about the bottom left corner of the container, does that look like cobweb to anyone?

Fruit them! Don't listen to people saying to toss.. I have had people tell me the same thing in the past, but after a week or two the jars made full recoveries! Edit: yes the second picture looks like it could be something besides mycelium‼️, but Ime it still has a chance!

Not sure if hydrogen peroxide would do any harm, think I'll tray spraying some only to the infected area. There's no mycelium on that surface anyway.
