So I left my SGFC with my girlfriend and told her about veil breaks (even sent her a pic showing an unbroken veil and a broken one). I opened it up today to find mushrooms that had dropped what looks to be all their spores. Should I dry them out or are they too far gone?

In the wild do you think people pass up on open mushrooms?
They still have all the same psilocybin content they did before spores dropped, pick, dry, eat.

Spores taste gross. So dry them and make tea. Or lemon tek. That's the only reason I try to get them before they open. But sometimes I don't make it in time.

My buddy gifted me a huge bag of mushrooms that he had let sit WAY too long in the tub. They were almost all completely black. You could wipe them with your finger and it was like wiping dust off an ancient relic. The bag absolutely reeked. I ended up passing them off as well. Not necessarily because they looked gross and smelled bad, tho.

Dry them and grind them and load them into gel caps. The only way to fly IMO>
