Bacteria on bottom of fully colonized jar (Still usable?)

Hey guys,
So I've started colonizing two 1 Qt jars of WBS for a small 27qt monotub grow and have noticed the production of some bacteria at the bottom of the jars. The jars are literally 95% colonized, except for the bottom where water had pooled and bacteria had started to divide. I'm wondering if I could take the colonized grains above it and use those while tossing the bottom portion of the jar. I had filled my jars quite full so it's not even a significant loss of spawn.
Would it be so bad? I would leave a small layer of colonized grains above the bacterial areas and spawn what I had extracted to Coir/verm.

Pics.
Contams are not centered, they are all over. If you fruit the top half my guess would be you'd still have bacteria. Most grows have bacteria to some extent to be honest. You could probably spawn it just fine.
I just spawned 4 qts of super bacterial PC Puerto Rico. They just finished colonizing CVG just fine.

I understand they aren't centered, but there is an amount that I doubt would make any difference. There is tons of bacteria in the bulk substrate I'm going to be spawning to regardless.
Jar #1:

Jar #2

As you can probably tell, jar #2 looks a lot better, but I could still cut that stuff off of the bottom of jar #1 and have clean spawn above it.

Those jars are a mess. The bottoms are atrocious but the rest ain't much better. I was about to sayt that I have spawned with small spots of bacteria and seen a flush but those are a disaster. Pitch that shit and do it right next time. Sorry.

Haha, gotcha. Those were the only two jars I fucked up on due to me using a shitty/dirty ass birdseed blend with literally every seed that exists in this entire universe. My other jars will most definitely come out fine, this one was a mess and I thought I may have had a chance at using it. Guess not. :P

Also, what would actually happen if I were to spawn those cakes to bulk?

Even if I break the glass and cut off the bottoms? Would there be anything wrong with trying to spawn it to bulk? I have left over bulk sub that I really want to get rid of, is it even worth trying? I mean, bacteria won't "contaminate" your house and destroy your future grows. Or would it?
At the first sign of a contaminated sub I'll trash the entire mono. Won't even open it.
It would be more of an experimental thing. I'm not going to use any of the resources I am now for future grows either.

The middle and tops are bad too. That thick melted ice cream look it has is bacteria Mixed with the mycelium. The bacteria is pooled in the bottom but really the whole jar looks like trash.

Mhmm, but would it be safe to open it and check it out? What if the bacteria only spread on the bottom and between the glass and mycelium?

I bet it smells HORRIBLE right now. I bet if you smelled it you wouldn't be thinking of saving ANY of it anymore. Jar 1 especially.
If I were you I would just PC it 90 minutes and clean up the jars for another try.

I've put my nose up to the polyfill and have taken a wiff. To my surprise it smelled like mushrooms, but most likely wouldn't if I shook it.
Also, the thing is, I have a ton of jars on the way that were prepared with proper moisture content and proper bird seed. It's just these jars that I don't really want to "throw away" per say, but instead want to see what I can get out of them.
I just don't know if it's worth trying.

Maybe you could make a separate sgfc and spawn em to a tray just to see what happens.

I'd say your BEST bet to get anything at all, is to just take the lids off and put them in a SGFC as is. If you tray them you will mix that bacteria more than it already is.
I would not count on anything great happening.

You could just case the top and fruit the whole jar. Would probably be a shit yield but its what you could get. I would not spawn that, would be a mess.

Should I do it in an SGFC?

doing an sgfc is waste of ur jar lol.. ud have to break the jar and set up a sgfc... toss it bro its not worth the hassle or the amount of endospores ur gonna have in your house...

Ah, I'm not familiar with birthing straight out of the jars. I don't know how fast they lose their water content in open air, not to mention the lack of humidity. I remember RR birthing shitake out of a jar but inside an SGFC.

I think fruiting it as is with a casing layer is a great idea, my first thought was use it as spawn for an outdoor grow but fruiting it like that is a much better idea, just make sure you use some kind of opaque cover to prevent side pinnin, black construction paper works well with duct tape. don't want any fruits coming in contact with that nastiness, it looks like you helped it spread up the jar a lot by turning the jar on its side to look at the bottom, I see yellow specks all over the place, and yes if you fruit as is it will need to be in a fruiting chamber, I would quarantine it to its own fc.
