Bacteria and mold on colonized PF cakes?

This is my first grow and it's gone pretty smoothly up until this point.
Most of my jars are about 100% colonization, but now I'm starting to see small mold colonies near the dry verm layer, as well as what appears to be bacterial formation. In pretty much every jar .
I suspect it's because I didn't fill the jars all the way with the dry vermiculite layer, I left about 2-3mm of space from the rim. I also picked them up and moved them 3-4 days after inoculation to take pictures. It appears that the substrate shrunk as the mycelium grew, allowing the dry verm layer to slip down the sides of the jars, and that would also be a reason I'm seeing little mold colonies.
Here are the pictures:

Are these jars trash? Every jar has these little yellowish-milky splotches that I thought were just BRF and verm stuck to the sides of the jars.
I guess these could be thrown into an outdoor patch as I originally intended. I really wanted to see them in an SGFC though =[
Thanks for the help!

The first one is definitely something other than Vermiculite.
Did you throw the verm in the oven for a bit first or just straight from the bag into the jar?

No, I didn't. It went straight from the bag into the jar.
I thought the pressure cooker would take care of everything though.
I think it's weird that I'm having these problems starting at full colonization. There are noticeable specks of contaminant mold on the dry verm barrier, is this more likely because of preparation or an invading contaminant?

The liquid is metabolites. It's normal to get a bit of that after they've fully colonized.
I can't make out the mold but it looks like you may have some pins forming. Is that what you're referring to?

Lol, If what I'm seeing are pins I'm going to be so relieved. The spot in the second photo is what I'm mostly worried about, as well as the little white specks in the dry verm layer in the third photo.
The spot in the second photo appears greyish/ off white. Would that be normal for P. cubensis primordia?
