First syringes made

I thought i'd just make a little note on my first syringe making process.
It's taken me a few weeks to get all the gear together but today i finally did it.
Initially i cleaned out my SAB with a hot damp rag. Once it dried i then cleaned the box with 100% isopropyl watered down to 70%. I then placed all of my syringes, jar of DI water and shot glass from the PC into the SAB.
Once i did this i lit my alcohol burner, put on my gloves and rubbed them with alcohol. I sterilised my inoculation loop with alcohol and then flame. I then wiped down the loop inside the SAB with a alcohol soaked paper towel and put a drop of DI water on the foil print.
I then stirred the drop of water on the foil to mix in the spores with the inoculation loop. Once i did this i then allowed the drop of water to fall into shot glass. I filled one syringe with 10ml of the DI water and put it all into the shot glass. I then stirred with the inoculation loop and filled the syringe with more DI water. I emptied another half into the shot glass and then extracted the spore solution to fill the syringe. I then flame sterilised the other syringe and extracted 10ml more of the solution. I had about 5ml solution left in the shot glass so i went and got another syringe, flame sterilised and then rubbed down with alcohol and extracted the remaining 5ml of solution.
I labelled the last syringe separately and am hoping it remains sterile but am not certain since i didn't PC it with the other two.
I feel the process went okay but was constantly surprised at each time i removed my hands from the SAB that i needed to re-sterilise my gloves due to touching the alcohol lamp or brushing past my shorts or something.
The process went alright in my opinion and think that a flowhood is definitely going to be essential in the future as i don't like looking through the box as i feel somewhat restricted and sterilising the inside is inconvenient by doing all the walls and roof with only small arm holes.
I had to do this in my hallway as i have a few birds in my house and didn't want the fumes from the kerosene to harm them so i was sitting under a smoke detector and did the whole process with it blaring.
Thanks everyone on here for previous posts and information regarding this process.
The syringes are now sitting in the fridge re-hydrating and tomorrow i will be making the PF cakes and inoculating them to start the process.
Great fun so far

Awesome man! One tip, don't wipe anything with alcohol after flame sterilizing, it makes flaming it pointless. Alcohol sanitizes, fire sterilizes.
