They look fine Your work is a lot neater than mine I just grab a random bit drill some holes through a stack of lids de-burr the holes with a Dremmel glue some tyvek squares over one hole than shoot a blob of silicon over the other but hey it works.

I filled 7 jars with WBS and put in my PC for 90 min, except i think when i turn the heat to low for the last 30 ish min i might have lost the 15psi, My PC doesn't have a rattling weight it's more like a four way steam vent weight thing. There is also a red pressure indicator with no measurements just up or down and i'm pretty sure it was stuck up from when i first started the pc.
I was wondering if it would be a good idea to perhaps pressure cook them again for another 90 min once they have cooled down in the morning or will this ruin my moisture content. I might just test one jar and then PC the rest or maybe half and half.
I hate all the uncertainty though..

I'd get a different PC altogether. Your moisture content won't be ruined if you pressure sterilize again. Sterilization indication strips will tell you if your PC is in fact reaching sterilization temperature (250F).

upon looking at the jars this morning, they are a little clumpy. I'm fearful that the moisture content might be too might or i didn't rise enough, either way i'm so tired. I've prob wasted half a bag of WBS so far trying to get this right.. ONWARD!!! Let's figure this shit out.
Not sure what to do at this point, I don't think i like working with bird seed.

So long as you are sure that your media was sterilized at 15 psi or above for 90 minutes you are permitted the green light to move onto the next step in the cultivation process. Inoculation of your sterile grain medium.
First, run your jars through a "shaking process". Beat the jars against an inflated bike tire or wrapped in duct tape phone book. Shaking will break apart the clumps, as well as, redistribute moisture through out the substrate.
"Clumps" create areas of depressed gas exchange and are blooming grounds for contamination.

Still nothing, not even a contam of any sort. How many cc does one usually use per jar. bc there is only one inoculation point, i figure 1-2 would be fine. But i noticed that its hard if not impossible to shoot down the sides the same way as i would with the pf tek. I think i aimed in the middle for some and the side-ish for others. but still now sign of growth yet, I't still been less than a week I think so I won't panic yet but im not diggin' grains yet..

just do one inoc.. then shake later the more solution you use the higher your chances of shooting mold spores in. when i did wbs back in the day i would use less then 1 cc. then shake at 20% and shake again at 60%. some people would say thats wrong but thats how i did it.

Nah, it's not hard or impossible to inoculate down the sides of grain media vessels with only a single injection site. Just slow things down and once the syringe has penetrated the injection port, aim the needle to the side of the jar and give your plunger a push.
Inoculating sterile grain mediums with spores is less than optimal. Less then a week from inoculation and no signs of germination is no cause for alarm either. You probably do have germination beginning down in the center of the substrate inoculating it the way you described. Give it another week. No signs of contamination is a good sign too. What temperature range are you incubating your jars at?

I Think I figured out the problem, when i siliconed the SFDs on the lid i put too much near the actual hole so when i pressed down i pretty much blocked the whole on all the lids I did. I feel like such a dummy but at least it's an easy fix and I've got extra materials. Will update soon..
