Any body have delicious healthy food recipes?

I'm trying to eat clean, and I'm only now realizing I have never had a good tasting meal that was healthy. And I mean health as in protein, clean carbs and wealthy fats. I'm currently eating eggs with tobasco, white chicken, broccoli(raw and steamed), 0% cottage cheese, bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, tuna fish, sweet potatoes, brown rice, salmon and turnip. So for the past week I haven't had what I would call a real meal. I feel like everything I eat is so boring.
So does anybody have a delicious recipe they have and like to eat while their on diets? I would love to cook like an autheic Greek/Italian/Spanish meal or something. Any sugestions?

That all sounds good. Dieting success is about eating those bland foods for ten days with the hopes and dreams of cheat day. Cheat like crazy on cheat day! Disgust yourself. Eat so much chocolate and bread that you don't want to think about it again for ten days. Not having a cheat day and going nuts on it is a LOT of people's downfall.

A go to breakfast for us here at home that is pretty easy once you get the hang of it is thinly sliced sauteed squash (e.g. zucchini) with white or black beans, seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper. This is then topped with one or two soft poached eggs, grated manchego cheese, avocado slices and cherry tomatoes. It's not necessarily super low calorie (depending on how much egg/cheese/avocado you use), but I find that it is balanced and can carry me through a lot of the day without having cravings for snacks or an early lunch.
For an excellent low calorie "pasta" dinner, ditch the pasta and use spaghetti squash. They are cheap, super easy to cook (you can just microwave one for ~10 minutes, slice in half, scoop out seeds and fork out the "spaghetti"), delicious, barely any calories and they'll fill up your belly. Pair with a light spicy tomato sauce, add turkey or chicken if you wanted added protein, and top with some fresh basil/herbs and a bit of grated hard cheese.
P.S. I disagree about having a "go to cheat day". Make a habit of healthy eating and sensible portions. If you can do that, you can still indulge from time to time and it won't feel like you're cheating, because you'll find that you actually really enjoy healthy food too, and cravings for the junkie stuff will begin to melt away.

True dat. I meant more for weight loss. Like getting all ripped up for summer. Go hard on your diet and exercise but your insulin and shit will get out of whack if you don't cheat at ten days max.

Asian stir fry stuff can be lots of different versions of flavor and pretty healthy with brown rice.
protein of choice with onion, carrot, celery, mushroom, garlic. season with hoisen and soy with lemon or lime. maybe sesame oil instead with noodles.

This is a meal I eat at least one day a week. It is only 466 calories, but holy shit it is going to stuff you.
A little back info, I am slimming down for summer now, too. I'm doing 2200 calories a day @ 40% protein, 40% fats, 20% carbs. That comes out to
Code:
CARBS PROTEIN FAT FIBER CALORIES GRAMS per day 110 220 97.8 73 - 91 2200
This meal is Spinach, canned chicken, mushrooms, and bacon grease. I do most all my cooking with bacon grease now. I buy a pack of bacon the first week of every month, cut it into small strips perpendicular to how it's already sliced, fry it up, and save the grease in a jar on my stove. It's an awesome way to get fats and it doesn't taste like bacon, or anything, really. It just gives everything a better flavor. Don't over do it, though. I say I used 3 tablespoons of grease in this post, but it was actually closer to 2.5TBSP. I don't pile up my measurements.
So here's what I'm using:

I add 1TBSP of grease to the skillet and add 16.00 oz(s), Sliced Baby Bellas:

Once they are cooked down, I add the big can of chicken breast:

After the chicken is warm, I add the Mrs. Dash seasoning. It magically has no sodium:

Then I put that to the side and add 2TBSP of grease and the 15oz of spinach:

Cover it and cook it until the stems are soft. Then it'll look like this:

Once done, you'll have well over a pound of food:

but will only have used up 466 calories:

Nice. Use real chicken though for less salt.

I have a knack for letting chicken go bad that I've moved to the fridge for thawing. I still get the big bags of frozen chicken, but I use a lot of canned chicken too to cut down on my waste.

Same meal with VLS very low sodium tuna cans instead? If there is a vls canned chicken, that would be the beez kneez!
