What have you been rocking out too lately?
    #21324424 - 02/24/15 06:46 PM (9 years, 2 months ago)

I have been going on a hardcore chris robinson binge for awhile.

I have read back and forth stuff about him, but his voice/ music is pretty solid.

Here are several of my favorites so far:

^Bad Luck Blue Eyes goodbye

Nice soulful slow bluesy song

^Remedy

Soulful rock piece

^Clear Blue Sky and the Good Doctor

^About a Stranger

Pretty mellow soulful song I have really been appreciating.

And for straight bluesy shreddage:

Tsuneo Imahori is a beast, such an intense song.

--------------------
Don't worry about me, I've got all that I need. And I'm singing my song to the sky

You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by

I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me

I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

I have been trying to take a break from Floyd as I tend to do every once in a while, to keep from burning out on all their amazing stuff :sun:

I am going to plan out a night to watch PULSE on dvd through my soundsystem and on the big screen

So epic
:mindblown:

Hmm let's see

Decapitated, Immolation, Cannibal Corpse, Fleshgod Apocalypse, The Black Dahlia Murder, Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir, Opeth, Lamb of God, Deicide, Beneath the Massacre, In Flames, Meshuggah, Tesseract, Children of Bodom, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Strapping Young Lad, Gojira, Gorod, Burzum

It's honestly hard to make a list because I usually listen to like 30+ different bands a day

That is a lot of metal MrJohnson

I have not even heard of like half those, but I rarely listen to metal these days

and zappa, I have never gotten into ZZ top for some reason

They actually played here pretty recently, I thought it was funny

They must be pretty damn old now.

it's funny.  i don't know what the rule is for using 'to'....

..but i know what 'too' is for
and i know what 'two' is for

so 'to' is everything else.  :themoreyouknow:
