They went to England. You'll notice that in the background the candy is aranged to look like mushrooms. I dug the play on Trainspotting too

I didn't see the mushrooms in that but I did pick up on the Trainspotting thing there. I've also seen it used in I think Family Guy. The episode where Stuie gets hooked on pancakes.
