They do look a bit cooked. but they should be fine. At least you didn't run the cooker dry. Tip put some jar rings under your spacer and fill till the water just covers the spacer, and after you reach 15 psi turn the stove down to where the weight is just barely moving it takes some practice but once you learn your stove it gets easy. I know when mine needs turned down from listening in the living room.

I PC 90 mins at 14 PSI. I don't like to hear the weight spinning around being all loud. Sure I could tape a quarter on it like I've seen some people do, but meh. Never had issues with it. Granted, I haven't done as many jars as most people on here.
You will be fine.

Yeah maybe the first one or two cycles you'd have to watch close so as not to run dry but I hardly ever change the water in my pc I just add what had boiled of or eveaporates from sitting. My cycles usually run 90 to 110 minutes and if I have to add a cup and a half

I'm hoping so. Lol. I'm sure I will be. PC'd for 45 minutes and then again for 90 minutes. I just knocked them up with an MS syringe of penis envy. Now the waiting game. Plan on shaking around 20-25%
