van der griegen said: I've had trich-contaminated jars show reluctance recovering, and full-on sporulation in the jar once. I'll grant that it's rare, though, and probably limited only to jars with polyfill lids that allow too much GE and also apparently trichoderma spores.
Heh Ive had trich in the very top of the jars before, I chalked it up to lid failure from loose poly, maybe I was right
One other thing that might help is trich has a weird crystaline shape before it goes green, like little hexagons and almost a shine. Ive never been able to pick it out in a jar though but Im learning haha

Werd.
Apparently they built my house and didn't roof it for a while I went up into the attic and there are like 5-10 rafter joists coverd in green mold. The whole place is fucked. I have been up there treating it with bleach all winter.
Mold in it self is a bitch, but I did have a horrible run with Trich in almost everything. I was chalking it up to poor PCing, but then i started noticing it in my uninnoculated plates also. I guess Im gonna have to get really aggressive with clean procedures for awhile.

Trich looks kinda like little bubbles of denser brighter white before it goes green. I have been able to see it a few times before it went green..but by then its way too late lol...I got my ass kicked last year by the monster...became way too familiar with it.
