Moisture increasing during grain jar cultivation?

This is my first grow, and I'm using wheat berries. I prepped the jars using RR's grain tek. Initially, things seemed to be going well. The moisture content seemed good from what I can tell. The grain seemed hydrated without excess moisture appearing in the jar. My main worry was that it was taking longer than I expected for the cultivation to begin.
After about 2 weeks, the jars started looking like this:

I realized I had squirted too much of my spore syringe fluid onto the center of the grains as opposed to the jar edge. So there was larger cultivated chunks in the center that couldn't be seen. At this point, I decided to start the shaking. I shook things up every few days. The mycelium seemed to recover within a day. My last and final shake was 5 days ago.
The odd thing I'm seeing now is a lot more condensation than I had seen previously, and I'm starting to worry. Any thoughts? I don't THINK I see any contamination, but things seem to be taking longer than I expected, and the increasing moisture seems like it could be trouble.

Any advice to how things look? I'm incubating these in a ~70F degree empty room that gets some ambient light through a window with closed blinds.

they look a bit off, not by much tho, but upload the pics here so I can zoom in on them.
the first set of pics looks good and ready for a shake, the colonzied ones look a tad bacterial.

Just don't G2G the wet-ish looking ones.
Could be a little bacteria, might be water.
Either way I would go ahead n spawn it.

You can click on the pics to see the full size. I wanted to host the images here at first but they exceeded the size limit. Although, I couldn't really get a well focused pic anyway. I guess I'll be setting up that monotub soon regardless. Does any one if wheat takes longer in general for cultivation than a grain like rye?

Thanks. I didn't bother trying after seeing the size limits. All set now. To be honest, I didn't want to host offsite either.

Most TCs advise shaking just once at 25% growth, you may be giving some contams a leg up with the frequent and excess shaking? Just a theory.
