Monotub ready for casing/fruiting? (pickz!)

First of All!:
BIG UPS to RogerRabit, TranscendingLife, and Frank Horrigan. Your teks helped me the most and this is my first bulk grow.
I plan to get a sig and an avatar eventually. I want to contribute to the community once I get this growing thing down!
This tub was spawned to bulk about two weeks ago (Multipsore > WBS > Coir/Verm/Gypsum). The substrate is starting to pull away from the sides.
Should I:
1) Let it go a few more days? Then Case and put in fruiting condtions? 2) Let it go until I see pins. THEN case and put in fruiting conditions? 3) Case it now. Wait for 25% of casing to be colonized, THEN put in fruiting conditions. 4) Case it now. Fruiting conditions now.
My guess is most of you will say #3, but a few people have good success with #2?

Thanks so much! Happy shroomin'!

Case it with CVG and fruit it immediately, don't even let it colonize.
Cron is right, can't see anything. I definitely don't see knots though.

MY bad for the pic quality. I didn't want to open the lid. It's starting to pull from the sides which makes me think it's about 100%

Open it and show us the substrate.
You're about to introduce fresh air anyway. Peeking also doesn't hurt.

Take a top down pic.
Do you still see brown? It looks like it could use a little more time but maybe that's just my eyes deceiving me.

oops. One of those is upside down. Here is another...
Yeah, I still see brown. Not sure if my colonization is weak or not. It's been like 10-14 days and I spawned with around 1:2 ratio.

It looks good Cron, a crack or two not colonized but nothing that won't be done 12-24 hours after introducing fruiting.

He wanted to,

IMO let the guy experiment. A casing does benefit a lot, and would benefit a new grower who will inadvertently allow too much FAE in at one point, or too little. Might regulate some of his mistakes.
