3rd flush only side pins since my mono dried a bit on the surface and had to spray but damn they went big

This I an experiment in cold temp colonization related to contamination advantage. This is simply left over pcd grains I didn't have enough spawn for. The few grains that are left in the master jars after g2ging were dropped into these jars along with the uncolonised grains and placed in an air conditioned room

What dose the plate look like from underneath? I've seen mycelium grow over bacteria before but I've never seen it eat it.

It sort of looks like my king oysters that eat bacteria. I see mycelium creeping in.

My first galindoi pin showed up today.

1 quart of rye grain cased with 50/50. Fruited immediately in a mini-mono and this little guy popped up 6 days later.
Hoping to get a few usable prints off this mono. Anything else is just a bonus.
I've been enjoying all the great pics on this thread. Keep 'em coming!
