Properly exhausting pc
    #21301723 - 02/19/15 11:21 PM (9 years, 2 months ago)

Just had a quick question to run by everyone.. When you're exhausting your pressure cooker, you wait until steam comes out of the vent pipe then put the weight on after seven minutes or so. Do you wait until the first sight of steam? Or is it supposed to be consistent? Thanks for any input..

I don't put the weight on until the safety lock pops up.

You should title the thread All American PC Help. You will get more answers. A lot of people use AAs but if they don't know you are they'll just skip over another PC thread.

Davey I use AA and I just wait like 5 minutes. Sometimes less and never had an issue yet.
