Print to Syringe TEK or Suggestions

My dog has several prints and a couple empty syringes. He's heard you can make many syringes out of a single print. What is a good way to resterilize the syringe (used one from a vendor) and make spore solution to suck up in the syringes. I was thinking of letting my dog borrow my homemade glovebox, its a rubbermaid container with holes to work through. Any tips would be great!!

Don't want to thread highjack, but I too have a question.

Does anyone know the location of that Tek in which you print the mushroom in the bottom of a sterilized jar and then just add water? I kind remember it, but would like to review it again.

Lamik: I suck up about 1mL water with the syringe, put in in the microwave for like 5mins, and it will steam steralize, scrape the spores into a steralized glass, then shoot sterle water from the syringe into the glass and suck it back in. Never had a problem with contaminated syringes or complaints from people I've traded with yet.

coudn't find that tek, mycocat. Basically, you hold a nail in place somehow, glue through the top of a 1/2 pint jar. PC jar filled with water and nail sticking out of lid into jar. You wnt to make some type of hook or barb, like fishing hooks to hold your cap in place while it drops it's spores. Stick the nail though the top of the cap seal jar lid quickly on pc'ed jar an water and wait at least 24 hours. You could put a hole in the top too, that you could tape and later suck up sporewater through.

Yes the PF Tek way works nicely, from what I am told.

However, it sounds like you have prints alrady that may not be in jars, so in that case follow the directions in the MMGG, that works very well also, from what I'm told.

I don't take my needles off, but my microwave hasn't arched when I left a fork it in either. I guess you should take it off, but if you but it in with the needle just watch it and if you see lightning stop ASAP. :laugh:

thisone: what's with all that hanging the cap stuff? The link I posted is way easier than doing all that... :rasta:
