bacteria?
    #21292251 - 02/18/15 07:13 AM (9 years, 10 months ago)

Basically I have 4 1/4 pint bfr/verm jars and today I noticed that 3 of the four had a strange odor kinda like sour milk. I discarded the one that smelt the worst, but they have no visible signs of contamination. The mycelium seems healthy and the jars that are left are almost completely colonized. Should I be fine or no?

It probably is bacteria, but don't let that stop you fruiting them though. You may still get something.

The fruits will be fine. Obviously you're gonna have to toss it if it starts getting really nasty though.
