You do want one with a fan.

You do want one with an adjustable heater. These are pricier. If you can't find one with an adjustable heater, you'll have to physically disable the heater by cutting some wires inside.

If you don't have the adjustable heat, all the is drying is the fan. This still works good. However you can rig something up maybe cheaper with a computer fan and a box..

Just use a fan, it's cheaper.
