Definitely add more perlite like the guy above said. Your humidity is fine right now but once you put the correct amount of holes needed for a proper SGFC, I don't think that amount of perlite will keep the humidity where it needs to be.
Proper SGFC 1/4" holes every 2 inches on ALL SIX SIDES. Add 3-5" of wet perlite. I like closer to 5 even 6 if your FC is tall enough. Your SGFC HAS to be elevated to work correctly. You must raise it at least a few inches off the surface you put it on. Right now it's oy keeping humidity up because you have do few holes. But that's not allowing enough Fresh air in for your mushrooms. They key is to get as much FAE and still keep humidity 95-100%. Cakes like the highest humidity they can get. But your mushrooms will not like all the stale air. That will also invite tons of contams in. Plenty of FAE helps keep contams away. So to recap, drill more holes on all sides including the bottom. Raise it up on shot glasses cups or whatever you have. Add more wet perlite. I would also add 1 6500k cfl light bulb over the SGFC. I went without one and just had ambient window light on the beginning of my first grow, I then added the day light 6500k bulb and they all took off. I actually have 4 CFL 6500k's surrounding my SGFC because I like then to have light from all four sides as all my tops are non translucent. If you could get just one pointing down from above that would be perfect.
I like to use desk top lamps, the ones with the bendable necks. It makes it easy to focus the light directly at your cakes. Check out your local thrift stores, I found all mine for a couple bucks each. That or walmart has nice clip on flex neck lights for around 7-8$.

Thank you to RR, 13shrooms, and everyone at AMU, for taking the time to help out people new to mycology, such as myself. Buy RR's let's make mushrooms DVD. Best 45$ I spent so far in this hobby. I only grow edibles! Thanks again everyone for all your wisdom and kindness.

Also, can cakes colonize in a fruiting chamber with the humidity being 99 %? I plan on knocking up some more once I birth my first batch
