Apart from the largest, they are all about 1 year old.

I will try and make more posts more often. I have lots of pictures to show.

The second and the last picture confuse me, because I was under the impression that pachanoi doesn't have large spines. Do they fall off as the cactus ages? The third picture is what I thought all pachanoi's looked like.

The pachanoi, peruvianus and werdermannianus all have very similar sized spines when they are young, the variation will come with age. Also t.pachanoi grown from seed can very considerably when seed grown.

I have never started them from seed. What is the techniques involved? Does anyone know a good source for viable seeds for L. Williamsi or Peruvianus/pachanoi. Later.
