Questions for the acid people

I don't know much about how acid effects the nervous system, but has it ever made your fingers tingle like they are falling asleep almost? It's an odd sensation and I've never heard of people describing this before in trip reports.
Also, I noticed that acid by itself is a pretty lucid experience. The visuals are like eye candy and very uplifting and stimulating, but when combined with cannabis it's almost the complete opposite like a mushroom headspace. Time dilation gets way more intense, bodily sensations are more apparent and it's way more disorienting like mushrooms. Does anyone agree with that? I feel like that combination sort of defeats the whole point of the beautiful clarity that acid seems to have alone.

I have done plenty of acid and have never had this happen before.
I used to be on sumitrex for migraines and it is derived directly from DMT in synthesis. It would sometimes do things like make my fingers tingle, my skin feel hot/cold, and other weird sensations.
In regards to LSD and weed, it is a nice combo. It does haze the experience, but can make it much more enjoyable and fun in my opinion. It also takes the jittery cracked feeling that LSD gives you and turns it into relaxing pulsing. I wouldn't say things get as zoned and weird with the combo than mushrooms provide, though.

Any psychedelic can produce some odd sensations from time to time. You might have just had your hand fall asleep from how you were positioned, or it could have just been a tactile hallucination. Basically any sense you have can hallucinate on acid, and you can even have synaesthesia, where the senses blend together and get confused, which means that you can have some pretty fucking strange sensations like feeling the texure of a color or tasting the music you are hearing. I have definitely gotten tingly teeth and weird buzzing bodily sensations from both LSD and mushrooms. I would say nothing to worry about.
And hell yes on weed turning the LSD from a lucid and visually dominated experience into an introspective dissociative mindfuck. I tend to smoke about half way through once I've done everything I wanted to with the regular LSD feel and start getting bored of the same old shit. Smoke a fat bowl of weed (maybe even sprinkle some opium on there) and then lie down and listen to some Beethoven. Shit gets real.

Okay, it would make sense if it was some sort of hallucination. I was a little paranoid about the state of my body during my trip, for example the tingling feeling and my heart rate. After I smoked weed I got a big spike in my BPM, and I tried taking deep breaths to relax but when I inhaled it would increase my heart rate and then when I exhaled I could feel my heart rate slow down only slightly. But it would continuously cycle through these patterns even after a few minutes of deep breaths. I ended up drinking a little alcohol to calm my nerves which thankfully did help.

Yeah, sometimes acid makes me feel like it's bad for my circulation too. But, I've tripped like a hundred times now and my cardiovascular system seems to be working properly, so w/e I guess.
That feeling is from vasoconstriction, the narrowing of blood vessels.

Oh so it causes vasoconstriction? I didn't get these feelings earlier in the trip, just when I was sitting down after smoking weed after the peak. Good to know

I get tingling in my fingers too from Acid, thru the whole trip in fact.
Its pretty common. I call it "energy buzzing".
And Ive experienced extreme time dilation from weed and LSD. I find the combo very intoxicating, like a VERY strong stoning effect. Hypnotic would be the proper term for the combo.

I get the numbness but only in my pinkies. Usually it was only during the trip but unfortunately 3 months after the last trip it seems to be permanent although I haven't figured out the exact cause and it's probably not something to be expected. I have no idea if this is effective but sometimes on the come-up I'll take a bit of alcohol at the risk of slightly dulling the trip for the vasodilating effect.

I've experienced so many odd sensations when I've been sober following a period of drug use. It's so weird but I don't think much of it. I probably should.
I get flashing lights when lights are dim, or a sudden feeling like I'm on Salvia for a few seconds... weird light streaks for a few seconds in my vision, very easily have visual distortions when i stare into something and 'loosen' my vision.. etc. Just a lot of weird shit in general.

Paresthesia (tingling, tickling, pricking, or burning of a person's skin) and numbness. Experienced them every tenth trip or so, usually less than an hour.
Had the scariest experience while driving in the winter (heater's broken mind you), well my fingers went totally rigid and the tingling and numbness stayed, soon I was holding onto the steering wheel with just my wrists. I thought it could be a heart attack for a second, but figured I would have crashed the car within minutes if it was a severe one. Got home and was too shaken to hit the vape til much later. Was one of the few times I didn't dull the lucidity with weed.
