What strain would do best in a colder climate ? Or does it not matter ?

You're talking about growing indoors correct?

Well, you should try getting your chamber up to the low 70's. There is a few ways of doing this to your fruiting chamber.

Strains do not matter...they are all the same species which need the same enviornmental conditions to fruit.

If your talking about growing outdoors, thats a completely different species, they probably wouldnt be able to handle a frost.

Psilocybe azurescens, and Psilocybe cyanescens are not STRAINS. They are considered two different SPECIES. You people need to start getting this right.

Yes, they are colder loving mushrooms which grow from wood chip mulch. They grow naturally ONLY in the Pacific North West.

You could however grow them in a place like Wisconsin. YOu wouldnt be able to start your bed until spring and not get fruits until the fall.
