Seeking some feedback. First bulk grow. PICS

Greetings, community:
After several successful PF projects I decided to construct a flow hood and move into bulk growing and gourmet/medicinal projects. Here's the flow hood; I'm excited about it so I couldn't help but share a photo. Sorry the orientation is wrong. = p

Here's the area I'm using for colonization. The room is kept at a consistent 72F degrees. The lighting is low, natural, and indirect.

Here are some photos of one of the trays. I used RR's methods exclusively as described in his cultivation videos.

I removed the foil from one of the trays in front of the flow hood (probably unnecessary, but I wanted to be safe), and I took some pictures of the top as well:

Any feedback would be so much appreciated! I'm trying to decide on a proper fruiting solution for the 10 trays I have. I would really like to build a couple small shelved green houses, but it has been difficult to find a tek that isn't too bulky (no puns) and complicated. Depending on how long you guys think I have until the trays need to be put into a fruiting environment, I may just make more SGFC's because they're simple and I'm familiar with them.
Thanks again for taking a look! I hope everyone's projects are going well, and I look forward to hearing your opinion of mine.
Cheers!

maybe 2 or 3 days you will be fruiting those. Looks like they are near 100% now.

what day did you spawn?
also that big black metal shelf you have you could transform that into your own GH just type it in on the search bar or look through my favorite links on my page really simple and easy to do!
best of luck

Am i missing something? where are you fruiting those trays? Also RR had alot of "teks" so saying I used RR's methods exclusively means absolutely nothing to me Any way im glad that a lot more people are building flowhoods.

OP, I would either get a few GH's for those, which would be bulky as hell, or put them in monotubs. I would go for the monos and put 2 of those big trays in each 66qt tub. You will have to mist/fan a bit more than a regular mono, but it's pretty much just a regular monotub split into 2 trays.

This is why im a huge fan/advocate of fruiting in filter patch bags.YOu can put them anywhere. Make them then dont do anything untill its time to pick mushrooms. i am really surprised i haven't seen a single mycobag grow since i started posting again.

Greetings I am just a little ahead of you and it looks like we have a lot of the same stuff going on. I agree with wowimflabergasted. I was faced with the same delimma of where to fruit my trays untill I found that they fit perfectly in 66qt tubs so the fiscally responsible solution was obvious. I'm testing a menagerie of fruiting chambers and at this point I'm over all of them except one... Mr. Monotub... No trays, no hassle. No worries.

Nice flow hood dude! 24 x 18? The photo is a little disorentating how deep is your plenum? Nice build!!
Since you have so many trays (how many do you have? Looks like its going to be nice harvest!) you might not want to build that many SGFCs cause of all the space they take up. I had like 6 going at once before with trays and it was a hassle.
If you dont want to build a martha style green house set up.. which work well when set up correctly,
I would see if you can find some clear plastic totes that you could set the trays down into pretty snugly, and fruit the trays in monotubs. Monotubs make good fruiting chambers because the substrate is enough to provide its own humidity most of the time and you can adjust the FAE by tightening or loosening the poly fill.
I have seen people fruit trays inside monotubs although usually the subsrate sits in the bottom of the sub in a liner. If you find totes that the trays fit in well IMO it would be the best way to go, and you can use the monotubs for all your future grows.
Oh and best part is you can stack monotubs on top of eachother and make good use of space!

Everything is looking good man! Good job.
For fruiting those trays I would say go down to lowes and get yourself a little green house with a few racks on them. I think last time I was their I seen one for about 30 $ . Then you will need a humidifier which you can check wallworld or even amazon and get a decent one. I would honestly say you can do whatever you want as long as you have the space. Get creative.
