aborts
    #2126618 - 11/21/03 02:54 AM (13 years, 5 months ago)

I'm posting this here because i seem to get the most intellegent responses in this forum. Iwas under the impression that aborts are bad and should not be consumed, but now i see posts that say aborts are more potent and ok to eat. well wich is true

you can eat aborts but you want to pick them before they get completly black(rotted). Some swear by the potency of aborts and other's think it is just the placebo effect

They are good!! Harvest them when you harvest the full sizers. The aborts do seem to be stronger in potency. Take them just like you would any other shroom.

Like with anything you consume, don't eat rotten food. This goes for mushrooms too.

People mistake the rotting for blue bruising. Make sure you know that they aren't rotten, and yes, you can eat them.

no, not placebo effect. By weight abhorts have higher psilocybin psilicin content. black, bad. You will be able to tell when they start to lose their gold or red color.
