Here's a photo of one of my plates, I must have dropped a tiny piece of myc off my scalpel.. you can see the lines of seperation.

Dont ask me to apply it to this situation cause I cant haha

But it didn't over lap

I noced with 3-5 drops per jar the solution just followed different paths of least resistance and sets of spores grew out simultaneously and bumped into each other and are fighting it out for food.

Well at any rate I did drop the temp and the jars are growing again not real fast but noticible to me. Shook 1 jar and is recovering nicely. Plus the Pasty plates I made are coming along once I get the temp totally dialed in they should be there. (I'm thinkin a week at best).

Done shook all the jars they were all colonized much better than I thought. Pan myc is a bit more sensitive than cube myc Hoping they all recover well. Gonna have to break down and get a camera.

Idk I think that's normally actually. I've seen it with a lot of jars of cubes. But I haven't tried cyans yet.

I don't think they form stones before full colonization so a shake wouldn't matter because they'd still be trying to colonize before fruiting.

Unless I don't understand stone producers.

I was being cautious for fear of damaging the myc started with 4 1 qt jars and 1 not quite full pint so I shook that first a few days ago and it is well on its way to being done.  With any luck I'll be doing a print give away inside a month. :thatsayes:

that may or may not disrupt stone formation but i was leaning more toward saying the mycelium will always recover but good point, i have only recently done mexicana which never gave me stones anyway lol, but shaking any species wont do any real hrmfull damage to mycelium
