I dont think anybody reacts without thinking. Some people just arent very good at it, and end up drawing upon the memory of evolution, which produces the animalistic behaviors you describe.

Im trying to. Anger may arise whether i want it to or not, but what i do with it is up to my own mind to try and do battle with, thats where im trying to dig a channel for it to go to. There are rocks in my river, feeling like the water isnt flowing as it should, its being back piled, i will move the rocks.
