Introspection and psilocybin 1

First things first, I'm extremely introspective of myself and have a habit of writing notes about my thoughts and feelings so much so that I've accumulated over 5,500 notes over the past year and a half.
I've noticed that drugs often change my level of introspection and help me shift my observations from internal to external. Of all the drugs I've tried shrooms (cubensis) have given me the greatest relief from my obsessive thinking habits that I often create stress from.
I've had ocd for most of my life but it's become more tolerable as I've aged. To me shrooms and serotonin seem to act as a brain 'lubricant' aiding me to think clearly and in the moment.
I'd love to hear from someone else who is also rather introspective and would like to know what has helped them? For me it is psilocybin and dxm that temporarily relieve my mind the most.
marijuana is ok by myself but I do not smoke it socially because I tend only to focus on myself whilst high. Any input or relative personal experiences would be appreciated.

Have you attempted cognitive-behavioral measures, like four steps, to integrate the feelings from the trip?

I have a family history of schitzofrenia and a psychopathic father who tried to teach me agreemental philosophies for life. I've been to a psychiatrist before, I am not a neat or clean freak. My ocd is an over stimulation of contemplated possibilities.

You mention "of all the drugs ive tried" Well what are some of those?
Mescaline tends to give people tremendous euphoria along with an inter-connectedness with nature. I always feel like Native American when i drink cactus tea (mescaline)

ecstacy, lsd, shrooms, bud, dxm, tobacco, alcohol but not mdma or mescaline. Haven't had the opportunity to try them out yet.
