Well, what about light?

8 days and nothing? Hmm...I would just wait a little longer. Beppo is right, they'll strut their stuff.

Eight days isn't too long to wait for fruiting after birthing.  After two weeks you can start worrying

Is the humidity good? With an air pump on 24/7 humidity might be the problem.

well they dont know about the humidity cuase they dont got a gage , the pump is a small pump they think its rated at like 15 gallons or so

they say the sides of the aqurium have condesation on them so it must have a pretty high humidity

You can get a temp./hum. guage at wal-mart for like $8. And btw today a 14 day old casing gave birth to its first pin. I was sweatin it. Talk about a relief. Give'em a few more days they'll be alright. Leave your pump on 24/7 & maybe fan 2or3 times a day. They'll be alright.

You didn't say if you cold shocked/dunked them?

The condensation doesn't mean the humidity is high enough or not.
If you lower your face to cake level it should smell like a rainy day. My friend doesn't have automation and mists & fans heavily 6 to 10 times a day.

Diffused sunlight is best if possible.

if unsure just get yourself a spray bottle and some h202, mist inside couple sprays a day should keep it 90 or so, give it like 3 sprays twice a day should keep it 100rh

Uh, yeah it does, if theres condensation all over the walls and under the lid, theres plenty of humidity.

do you have an update crayon?

If you set a glass of ice water down in a warm room, does the condensation on the outside of the glass tell you that the RH is above 90% in that room?

The temperature change is what makes moisture cling, or not, to the inside of a terrarium. If the temperature in the terrarium is the same as outside, that can be one indicator of moisture presence.

8 days is not long at all, many people have waited two weeks, just keep optimum parameters, fan and mist and you'll be fine!
