Interesting I thought that they would come out the side, not the top!?

most of them look ok to me but its always hard to say for sure from pictures. and a few do look like they may abort. they will start to turn black pretty soon if they are aborts and if not they should start getting bigger soon.
what kind of fruiting chamber are you using?

Post a photo of your entire SGFC and it's location in your grow room. Also, where is your grow room located in the house? Slow growth is a sign either of inadequate gas exchange, inadequate RH, or inadequate lighting. My first attempt at fruiting saw no pins for two weeks so I dunked them over night, moved the FC to a location with more airflow, set it up on 2x4's to raise it off the shelf it's on, drilled holes in the lid and more in the lower section of the FC so that more air could wick through the perlite, and added an aquarium pump running through the perlite. I was using natural sunlight before and I added a 6500k bulb on a 12/12 cycle. I upped my fanning an misting, I spray my mist directly above the cakes so that it lightly falls on them. The results have been tremendous! 100g wet so far and still collecting. What I've come to learn is that if you think you did everything right and it still isn't working, it means you didn't do everything right! Or at least as well as it could be done. Remember a lab is optimal, house grows are an attempt at creating a mini lab in your own home, take it as such. That being said, the rest is patience, and anything else is just a cube being a cube. pic- the 36g shroom that came off my cake after stepping up my game
