I'm no spaceship farmer but I'd pick all those bigger ones before they are subsumed by the substrate and cross my fingers for a second flush. Looks like a bunch are aborting and turning back into regular mycelium to me. But I'm no spaceship farmer.

Up close of the worst one.  Should I pick em all and let God sort em out?

Let the pins take over?  Someone told me a little peroxide spritz but that seems off.

peroxide is for cobweb mold dont think will do any good for you.
the pitting maybe something like verticillium??
see how it progress's and look out for splitting/cracking stems and brownish spots.

yeah i would pick the bigger ones and then mist it down like a bitch, redial in and let it go see what happens

but if it is vert you need get it out and in the bin

I'll just pull anything larger than a marble. And see if it resets.

fuzz is not the end of the end of the world or a real problem unless it is so bad it's making bulbs at the base of your fruits, i wouldn't sweat it so much and just harvest qs they are ready and keep your sub hydrated.mono's in general get alot of fuzzy feet and ksss being short and fat it just looks worse then it really is.

I really appreciate your input and willingness to help. I do tend to overreact about situations like this.

I'll go ahead and cull all I can and rehydrate.
