Reliable spore source?

I know this has been asked but I decided to get a thread started on it for more posts. What kind of spore sources do you guys know of that are reliable? My dog's mycobags (innoculated with spores from sporebank.com) are colonizing rather slow...

That you recieved spores that are colonizing at all, means your spores were good. You'll save $$$ if you use one of the Shroomery sponsores, though.

Ralph, end of story. Most of these jars done with his spores. Others done home made.
I didn?t shake them in order to try and delay them till after the holidays. Not gonna happen. Their two weeks old in the pic.

My flying rat/zebra hybrid used to buy from The Little Guy, but they closed up shop. Then he bought from The Hawk's Eye. Both good places, oh yeah, and once he got from Spore Works, but that's all he's had.

Okay I realized that none of the three bags are not colonizing at all. It's been three weeks, we got our spores from sporebank.com.
Is it okay to get new spores from ralph and reinnoculate the bags? Or could they be contaminated?

Yeah I know where to get them. The problem is reinnoculated the bags that have already been innoculated? There's no mycelium spreading so I'm not sure if it's a contamination and therefore be a waste of spore solution.

Where did you inject the spore's? (I'm assuming you used a syringe.) It's best to inject on both sides with the needle basically touching the bag...this way you can watch it as well as give it a wider space to spread evenly from. Hope this helps...

which isnt his problem, his problem was he used sporebank, which is known to be a scam. I dont think i have ever heard of success from them. now let this thread die, as it did 5 years ago.
