 I'm guilty of redundancy

As I was looking through some of my old posts, I came to the
realization that I say the same stuff over and over again.
In my defense, I can say that I am short-term memory oriented.
When I am trying to get a point across I will focus on saying it,
even if I have already said it a million times.
Does anybody else feel that they themselves or this forum is
redundant at times?
P.S. If I am being redundant at any time, please tell me.
