Alot of chemicals react with other chemicals...and the body is alot of chemical reactions. You cant make a statement about 'drugs' in general and always come out right like DARE trys to. Different drugs have different effects, some are 'bad' and some aren't...

But over all I dont think many if any are as bad as we're suppost to think they are.

You could quite possibly die.

Well they tend to disconnect me from the matrix temporaly and see that society if more or less shit. Not forgettign how evil T.V is and how much i hate the goverment for screwing up everything. So I guess you could see that as a bad thing if you a bible basher.

I guess the only negative thing that shroom use has caused in my life is that they allow me to see more of the injustices done in every day life and how people are really becoming more and more like mindless drones after the all powerful $buck$.

Without shrooms I could have gone through my life oblivious of all of this because I would just be another of those mindless drones.

Moderation is the key ... too much of anything can be bad for you.

I see things without perspective, without bias. Instantly every possible outcome and of a situation is registered in my brain. I no longer see things onesided, selfishly, or greedily. Id like to say "i see things for how they are."

And as BF6 said, i have become much more aware of the ego game's aswell. I hardly took part in them before, but especially not now.

Alot of people see these things without eating shrooms. That comes from experiences in life. Life teaches you that alot of people are assholes. I didn't need shrooms to teach me that. Thse main thing you learn from mushrooms, is that you don't want to be one of those people.

You want negatives? I got addicted to seeing the depths of the human situation through multilayered interpretations through mind bending hallucinations and deranged senses. I have dull days where naothing really plays, and my ass drags without any saving grace. I would like to stabilize the two extremes of seeing beauty all around and the ability to fix what's off, with the dull sleepy not quite sure of what fuck all days. I got adicted to seeing clearly what I usually don't se at all, like holding a mirror to the toupee teetering on the back of my skull. I just got plain addicted to substances and seeing through crooked eyes, because crooked eyes are like holding a prism to the side to see what colors comprise the light. Most people just see white. I just fucking got addicted. The wife is always wondering what's next. Just when one battle was won against some drug I do a Huey Lewis and get a new one.

Occassionaly having to deal with scummy people to obtain what you want. Yes, thats my main concern. Being drawn into situations with people that you would'nt normally spare the time of day to on the street.
Well that and the time I consumed some of my friends anti-depressants and subsquently missed out on what would have been possibly the best shag of my life due to a chemically flacid dick.

Yes, that and dodgey people. The kind that always seem to have some dim witted cunning shining deep down in the dusty windows of their Souls as they try to con you out of your hard earned cash.

Theres them and theres us!
