Contamination Problem for the EXPERTS.

It's been 7 days now that I try to identify this problem in Oyster Mushrooms but no one could identify it. The problem comes at the inocubation chamber and this net is created there, it is soft and wet. It comes soft and it drops to the floor as well. Later at the fruit chamber it turns black. The rest of the bag can produce good oyster mushrooms.
Please let me know if you have any idea.

Quick question, can this slide mold cause this problem as well? or is it something else?

Is your substrate block congealed? That looks bacterial.

Some extra photos for better understanding of the problem . How to fight against this? I don't think it's bacterial, it looks like the creation was the high humidity in the bag...

Could just be congealed exudates, in which cause it would be non problematic.

True it doesn't seem to have a problem. I don't know if it blocks the availability of the nutrients for the mushrooms... We will see though...

New bags photos though...Here they are:

The last photo is either water or contamination. I used to mist the bags directly during incubation which seems to be the reason of the creation of this gel... Now I stopped the misting but I'm worried about the inner humidity of the bag (room RH: 60-80%). Quick questions: 1) What is the optimum RH for the inner enviroment of the bag? 2) Do I have to mist the holes during the primordia season? 3) When to open holes in the bag? After Spawning or after 3 weeks in the Incubation chamber?
