    #2122090 - 11/19/03 09:55 AM (14 years, 6 months ago)

first off, let me say that i posted this in the contams forum, and got little help, so i turned here.
i have cobweb mold creeping over the tom of my casing, it always comes from the same spot, and i can't seem to kill it! i have tried h2o2, and just removing the spot.... no luck! what do i do?!?

i do not do anything illegal. (other than j-walking) everything i say i am doing or have done is a lie.

Lower the humidity, for one thing. Other than that and H2O2 there's not much else you can do -- that shit grows fast.

Hi:

This worked for me:

1) Removed section
2) Put h2o2 around the place where the removed section was
3) Sprayed that area daily with a water mixed with h2o2
4) Increased fanning and airflow

Starter told me about the airflow thing and the addition of that made the difference.

Hope this helps

If the h202 doesn't work here's a little secret. Cobweb mold hates salt.
