They look dry...tha cap is dried up because their not getting sufficient moisture...also enough air exchange... Do you fan and mist 2 a day?..now are they getting air exchange.. Through holes? Or what.. .
What was your ratio for BRF:vermiculight:water?
I'm guessing the substrate is dried out.. Or humidity is whack.
Keep the humidity at 90 percent, the temperature around 70-75... Don't go past 80 if you can. Fan and mist 2 times a day..

there are no holes, this is a growkit, so they just told us to leave it in the sack... add no water and just leave it for a few weeks... i've been told that's wrong and i should fan and mist, i mist once a day and fan... well never done it, took it out twice

You should fan and mist. The problem with growkits is that the makers want to make growing sound extremely easy with little or no attention. If you want that get a sclerotia growkit (philiosophers stones). Or better yet read up how to do it yourself as its far cheaper.
Homebrew beer kits suffer the same problem, on homebrew sites its common to see experienced brewers say "step 1, throw out the instructions, they are far from optimal".

So I've been crafting something up right here real fast... i saw this on the forum some days ago, a "shotgun fruiting chamber" or something like that, i will be able to fan and mist right ? I'll add some photo's in let me know if i put the mushrooms in the fruiting chamber or just leave in the bag ?

Oh boy..
If you have time, lost a picture of your "kit"
... You probably over paid big time for supplies that would have costed about 30 dollars tops.
when i first started I wanted a grow kit too, but you'll realize how ridicoulous they really are. Plus now that a mushroom grow kit is not only on your bank statment, but shipped to your house, I'd be a little cautious about growing.. But I'm sure you'll be fine..
Looks like your ahead of me here.. I really didn't expect a spawn bag lol..most of those kits are full of useless supplies.. That looks fairly simple.
Yes follow the SGFC teks throughly land transfer the cake from the bag to the SGFC.. Fan and mist.. Keep it 2 inches of the ground away from walls yada yada.. Look up the tek

YOu could just cut a hole in that bag and run some polyfill thru it. MIst the sides when it looks dry. Fanning is great but you can improvise with a filter.
YOur bag is missing a filter patch otherwise it be good to set and leave

Why not mist the cake if it looks dry? The sides of the chamber are not important, but pins from the cake are, and they form from evaporation.....

allright, working on my SGFC atm , i have no polyfill to put in the SGFC tho... i have something else tho... its bird food, a big sack of hard nuts and other kind's of bird food... i have it because i tried to make my own replica of the soil yesterday [mush soil]. can i use that as "polyfill" to hold up water ? probably a retard question else i'l just make the SGFC without polyfill for now. atleast i can mist and fan than...

That's good, because a SGFC does not utilize polyfill......

I think the white stripes on the side are filters. But if they are anything like the filters on my autoclave bags they let fuck all air through, so your advice of making filters probably still holds

Id assume if your misting the sides It would get to the cake as well.
The idea is to keep water droplets on the side of the bag. like this

I was thinking that but wasn't sure if they were or not.

Why? What does that do exactly?

Water droplets along with the plastic provides a moist artificial layer along with the right amount of fresh air for perfect pinning and fruiting conditions. Kind of like an artificial casing layer
That's my opinion

Lol that's an opinion. Pussyfart has explained that water evaporation causes fruits to grow, Widely accepted fact. Not tying to be mean. But newbies need guidence.. Not misinformation. And you've been here a really long time.
