my friend just got some new Golden teacher spores from Spore Magic and did the PF cakes about 12 days ago. There is no mycillum showing what so ever. He has been growing for 5 years now and it has never taken this long to start. When I look at the other syringes you cant see any little black spores floating around either. Any idea's?

Someone thinks if you don't see anything after several more days, then you probably won't -- for whatever reason.
I'm sure you know(since you've been growing for 5 years) you don't have to see spores in the solution for them to be present, but if you don't, it's gotta be a pretty weak syringe, since Someone's ALWAYS seen at least something.
Someone has recently caked up some GT and its truely insane! Full colonization in 11-14 days on the real. WOW. And thats from multispore.

You should never worry about something like this. It causes undo stress that your body does not need. This is supposed to be an enjoyable hobby, calm down and be patient. Also, after five years you should have learned to become self sufficient. Take your own prints, it leaves less of a paper trail and saves money. I built up my library through trading, and now I won't trust any spores but my own.

I did a shitload of jars and one jar showed nothing while all the others showed great growth. So i knocked it back up and voila! Had myc in 2 days. I saw another post with someone that purchased from them and said he dont recommend them. If worst comes to worst and you got a shitty syringe, either go to one of the shroomery sponsers, or pm me and I'll hook ya up.
