Only fan when you mist. Only mist when your cakes are not glistening.
What you want to do is, when you wake up, mist and fan. Take a look 3-5 hours later, if they are still glistening or appearing wet, DO NOT MIST/FAN again, but wait longer. Usually for people 3 times misting and fanning is enough, but it depends on your local climate entirely. You'll have to learn over time what your cakes are telling you.
Just have to get that eye for seeing if your cakes need a misting/fanning.
Pictures will help us, help you!

Could be! But if you just threw them in last tuesday you should still wait a little. Can you see knots? Has the mycelium started to eat the verm you rolled them in?
But yeah, pictures

Well trichoderma is usually VERY bright white until it goes green, aerial mycelium is also very easy to spot since it reaches into the air, whereas normal myc kinda just layers itself around. you know? sounds like the 'hand' you got might be aerial myc, but the 'bumpy pertruding objects' sounds like the start of pins.
So yeeeeeeees, pictures!

Yeah man they look just fine. Give them a few days and you'll start seeing pins!

Looks a little bit on the dry side to me though.
Oh and you do have some airflow under your SGFC right? Should preferably be 4-5 inches away from floor/walls

If they appear dry, mist and fan!
And yeah you got knots going and maybe even some very small pins starting to form. If i wasnt lazy i would edit your pics and draw some circles around it but you can see for yourself, the small white bumps on the cakes.
I might be worried about those big lumps of white in the bottom here though, keep an eye on it, Edit: could just be pic quality and me bad eyes
