I live on the beach. I work out everyday. I make a pretty good bit of money where I work. One year ago I was poor living in a trailer with my parents. Now I live in a nice apartment with a high powered security system. Im totally independent and pay all my own bills. I did all this in a year. Hard work pays off.

Are you still living at home and feeling jealous? Moving out when you reach a certain age is the natural thing to do. If you're around 18 and living off someone else there is something wrong with you. It's time to move out and be a man.

I believe most people could achieve more if they put up with their parents bullshit for a while and save up money. I seen many people move out when they wasn't ready and struggle for years, as a matter of fact I know a few people still struggling after 14 years.

Lived somewhere else during the week for an internship when I was 24. Moved out for real at 25. Lived in a 8 m2 room for three years but it was awesome.
My parents still support me now and again and I am 33. I dont need it but I am not gonna say no. Them retired babyboomers rich as fuck.

18. That's what we did back then. I was working full time, had a car, no college plans.
Plus I really needed my own place for partying, growing, banging chicks, dealing, coming and going as I pleased. Ya know, doing thangs. Did I mention partying? Did an awful lot of that.

We have a small, what I would call efficiency apartment on my parent's property. It has electricity, but no plumbing. I was in and out of there throughout my 20's.
I think I was 31 the last time I moved out.

how often are soldiers killed
10% end up in 'combat zones' with the bulk of them out of combat in rearward positions, 1 in 3,000 are killed, in afghanistan it took 11 years to reach 2000 troops being killed, that's 181 per year, fewer than 20 per month. it's about like living in the US
what are the odds of a drug dealer being killed? with all the claims of police brutality and murder I see here, it's immensely higher, much better than the .03% of military personnel. with the claims that your risks of dying at the hands of police are greater than being killed by a terrorist, it seems like the military would be the safest place. factor in the car crashes, the violent crime and 'OMFG, ALL AMERICANS HAVE GUNS', combat is certainly safer

It wasn't drug dealing in general that was brought up, but LSD dealing specifically. How often do LSD dealers get killed?

Ya you only have to go to somebody else's country and essentially destroy its infrastructure in a war fought over natural resources.

I had a friend who moved out right after they left high-school. Their parents place really wasn't a healthy environment to stay in, my mom took him in and let him live with us fir a few months until he could afford to move out on his own. It kinda sucks for him because he didn't really have the opportunity to go to school like I did because he couldn't afford to go to school and work long hours to live on his own.. He had to work a full-time job with lots of overtime in a meat factory to pay the bills, so he's joining the army now to get training as an airplane mechanic.

keep the narrow view or ask yourself, how many are serving out life sentences in prison which is where the statement started before you decided to make some ridiculous claim about how often they're killed, if for some reason you dont think 20+ years in prison effectively puts an end to one's life then you're pretty well mistaken

thumb twiddling itns what they US is doing there but 'securing mining rights' is also not what we're doing since the US now receives much less oil from Iraq and we arent allowed to secure more, nor are we even allowed to bid on the natural resources in afghanistan which are going to state owned chinese companies. this will also result in afghanistan's first railway
